We are an association on behalf of property buyers, who have been seriously victimized by Cosmic Structures Limited, an NCR based real estate developer. This is a serious fraud to the tune of more than Rs.650 Crs. and involve more than 6000 aggrieved customers, whose money is duped by the said builder.

The builder had launched 6-7 projects (all commercial except one residential project) across Noida, Greater Noida and Gurgaon in the period 2011-12. The builder had also promised Assured Returns at the rate of 12.5% per annum until possession. After inducing hundreds of property buyers, taking advance payment up to 75-100% in most cases, the builder stopped construction in most of the projects. The maximum construction at its first two projects viz. Cosmic Corporate Park I at Yamuna Expressway and Cosmic Corporate Park II at Sector 140, Noida, is not even close to 15%. The company also started making excuses not to pay the Assured Returns and after March 2015, the company stopped paying assured returns to the customers.

On the other Hand Liquidation Case is also in Progress against Cosmic in High Court Vide Case No-152/2016.In Jan 2017 official Liquidator(OL) is already appointed. This Liquidation case in our view may be fabricated by Cosmic itself so as get rid of all liabilities and enjoy with Siphoned off Funds later.

Young people who invested lifetime savings of their parents and themselves, in order to commence start-ups of their own and create employment opportunities for others too.

They also refused to honor the summons of Honorable Agra Court which, in response to a case filed by a buyer, instructed them to attend the Court hearing. After several attempts, finally the Court issued arrest warrant against them. When the police reached the home of these directors, they tried to flee and badly hit a woman by their car. They were finally arrested and presented in the Court.

On receiving Large nos. of Complaints, the Economic Offenses Wing (EOW) arrested them in September 2016 and since then both the directors are in custody. The Honorable Delhi Court has refused their bail several times, in cognizance of the offence but they continued to apply for the bail again and again giving one alibi or the other.

The Ex-Directors of Cosmic Structures Ltd. Shekhar Nishant Mutreja and Sushant Mutreja, showed the audacity to openly flout all legal provisions. Through their repeated acts of defiance of law, they displayed, an innate tendency to cheat and defraud masses, broke their aspirations and looted their hard earned savings.
